Our website is designed and dedicated to the sharing of Extension Healthcare related product/service offerings and educating interested parties and market participants about technology and how it can and is improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

When volunteered we collect; first name, last name, company name, title, city, state, phone number and email address.

We collect information from you when you register on our site to download informational “White Papers” or like materials, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or enter information on our site to ask a question or share a comment. This information is collected on Pardot and may be integrated into Salesforce.

- To send periodic emails regarding our products and services as well as information about relevant changes in the healthcare services landscape

- To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature
- Note: Although we do not foresee any reason for your PII to be distributed to anyone outside of our organization other than our service providers, in the event such distribution were to take place we would provide you with Just-in-Time Notice of the occurrence.

Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United State and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe.
